Mrs. Adell Donlow, 83, of Fulton, died Friday, April 7, 2017, at Clinton-Hickman County ICF Nursing Facility. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Jacksonville Freewill Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Greenlea Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the church.She was born on November 2, 1933 to the Martha Slayton and Frank Tucker. She married Ben Donlow on October 3, 1981.She professed her love for Christ at an early age and became a member of the Jacksonville Freewill Baptist Church in 1994. There she worked faithfully on the Motherboard, the kitchen committee and as an active choir member until her health began to fail in 2015. She was also a member of the Community Serving Club for many years. Adell was employed on the Morning Star Nursery in Rives, TN. She worked there for forty-two years. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband Ben, Union City, TN; two sons, Herman Ray Lightner (Lee Ann), Clinton, KY & Lowell Thomas Lightner (Felicia) South Fulton, TN. She also leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly.
