Mr. Alvin Lewis Sellers, 55, of South Fulton died Sunday, December 27, 2015, at Golden Living Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2016, at Jacksonville Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. James Watford officiating. Interment will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be on Saturday at the church from noon until time of service.
Alvin Lewis Sellers, was born to the late Mckinnely Sellers, Sr. and Aner Louise Martin, in Union City, Tennessee, on January 12, 1960.
He was educated in the Obion County School System and graduated from South Fulton High School in 1978. He was a member of Jacksonville Freewill Baptist Church, in South Fulton, Tennessee.
He married Rosie Ann Brown on August 1, 1980. They moved to Waggoner Oklahoma in 1981were he worked as a welder at Sooner Fabricating until 1992 when they relocated back to South Fulton TN. He worked for South Fulton Public Works until his illness. He resided at the Golden Living and Rehabilitation Center until his death.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Rosie Sellers; one son , Quinton Brown( Jayden); three daughters, Brenecky Sellers, Dishekia Sellers (Quintarius, Daveon and Destinee)and Sharonda Sellers (Asharia and Nyasia). His mother, Louise (Horace) Martin; three brothers, Terry Martin, Lionel Sellers, Gary Sellers; five sisters, Sherry Martin, Carolyn Stewart, Lavosse Johnson, Sharonda Roberson, Melissa Martin , and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, and his brother, Mckinnely Sellers Jr.
