Arthur Lee Tharpe

Mr. Arthur Lee Tharpe, 58, of Paris died Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Huntingdon Health & Rehabilitation Center. Services will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at 3 p.m. in Rawls Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Arthur Lee Tharpe was born to Mary Elizabeth Cowan and Charles Nathaniel Tharpe on January 27, 1957 in Henry County, TN and was educated at E.W. Grove Junior High School.Arthur was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Robert Cowan; one sister, JoAnn Tharpe; one niece Marissa Tharpe and one uncle Billy Morris.Arthur leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Tyella Tharpe of Louisville, KY, and Alisha Tharpe of Paris, TN, six brothers: William (Bobbie) Tharpe of Paris, TN, Cletus Tharpe of Paris, TN, Harold Tharpe of Cincinnati, OH, Steve (Diane) Tharpe of Louisville, KY, Terry Tharpe of Paris, TN, and Rodney (Christie) Tharpe of Paris, TN, one uncle, Melvin (Margo) Morris of Cincinnati, OH and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.    Rawls Funeral Home – Paris 731-642-1515
