Mrs. Barbara Buford, 84, of Martin died Saturday, April 25, 2020, at her residence.
Private family funeral services were held. Interment followed in Parham Cemetery.
She was born on January 8, 1936, in Martin to the late Birdie B. Busby and George Bell.
She was married to the late Newell Buford, Jr.
She was a graduate of Weakley County Training School and a retired healthcare worker.
She leaves a sister, Allean Simmons of Jackson, TN; two daughters, Delilah Buford of Los Angeles, CA and Angela Booker of Martin, TN; a special daughter, Veronica Baker of Alabama; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and a great -great grandchild and a host of other relatives.
