Barksdale Puckett

Mr. Barksdale Puckett, 87, of Paris died Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2013, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Humphreys officiating. He was born May 3, 1925, in Paris, he was a son of Wayne Herbert and Catherine Henry Puckett, now both deceased. He leaves three brothers: Sidney Puckett and Henry (Brenda) Puckett, both of St. Louis, and James Puckett of New York City; five sisters: Elizabeth Lofton of San Antonio, Ada Clark of Paris, Shirley Bratton of Clarksville, Lillan (Charles) Williams of Fort Leavenworth, Kan., and Cindy Puckett of Houston; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He also was preceded in death by three sisters: Ola Coleman, Fannie Teague and Lola Jewett; and three brothers: Paul, Hoover and Thomas Puckett. Rawls Funeral Home – Paris 731-642-1515
