Barry Lynn Bass

Mr. Barry Bass, 65, of Paducah formerly of Obion County died Friday, July 22, 2022, at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at The Church of The Living God in Paducah. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the church.

Barry Lynn Bass was born on February 4, 1957, to Doris Bass and the late Henry Bass in South Fulton, TN.

He graduated from South Fulton High School in 1975. He accepted Christ at an early age. He was United in marriage to Rosalind McDonald on December 27, 2000. He was formerly employed at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton, KY and Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah, KY.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Rosalind Bass, Paducah, KY; step son, Gary McDonald, Paducah, KY a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, his mother, Doris Bass, Union City, TN; sister Cheryl Vinson, Murfreesboro, TN; brothers, Tony Bass, Jersey City, NJ, Craig (Teresa) Bass, Clarksville, TN and Darrell Bass, Paducah, KY; a brother n law, Jimmy Mosley, Clarksville, TN and special aunt, Betty Mayes South Fulton, TN; mother in law, Suzanne Bacon, Paducah, KY; a brother in law, James Roach, Winston Salem, NC; two sisters in law, Barbara Patton and Tracey Roach Paducah, KY and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was proceeded in death by his grandparents JD and Roxie Bass, Hershel and Virginia Mitchell, sister, Michelle Bass Mosley and stepson, Berri McDonald.
