Mr. Billy Lee Byars,71, of Paris died Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at Paris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2015, at East Wood Church of Christ with Bro. Ed Howard officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
