Bobby Lewis Teague

Mr. Bobby Lewis Teague, 72, of Paris died Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Henry County Medical Center.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church.

Bobby Teague was born on December 24, 1950, to the parents of Edith Teague and Willie Jr. Teague in Paris, TN. He graduated from Central High School in 1968. Bobby married Althea Robinson on October 28, 1995.He retired from Dana Automotives in 2016 after 20+ years of hard work.

He was a member of Free Spirit Church of God where he became a deacon. He later joined Milton Grove Baptist and served as a deacon there as well.

Bobby was preceded in death by parents Edith Teague and Willie Jr. Teague and sister Martha Lane Martin.

Bobby leaves to cherish his memory: a son, Bobby Teague, Jr.; two stepdaughters: Quilthea Nored and Felecia Franks; siblings: Lawrence Teague (Lola), Willie Ruth Pearson (Jerry), Dennis Teague (Charrita), Wendell Teague (Honey); grandchildren: Xavieara Maye, Bradley Nored, Quinton Nored, Saven Franks, Sydney Littleton, and Shyla Littleton; great grandchildren: Trinity Marie Taylor; and a host of uncles and aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
