Ms. Brenda Kay Cheirs, 66, of Hickman died Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Regional One Health in Memphis.
A viewing will be held from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2020, at Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will be in Hickman City Cemetery.
Brenda Kay Cheirs was born to the union of Odie and Mattie Hicks Cheirs on April 29, 1954 in Hickman, Kentucky.
She was a member of Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Odie and Mattie Cheirs and siblings; Lillie Cheirs, Lewis Cheirs, Willie Cheirs, Johnny Hicks, Margaret Cheirs, Robert Cheirs, Donna Cheirs, Ronnie Cheirs, Herman Cheirs and Charles Cheirs.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her two sons: Joel Dewayne Cheirs of Little Rock, Arkansas and Anthony Troy Cheirs (Shannon) of South Fulton, Tennessee; four grandchildren: Paris Cheirs, Khaliq Cheirs of Little Rock, Arkansas, Trajin and Trevor Cheirs of South Fulton, Tennessee; four brothers: Joe Cheirs (Mary), Lawerence Cheirs (Linda), Ricky Cheirs (Arnita) of Hickman, Kentucky, William Cheirs of Kansas City; two sisters: Christine Whitelow of Hickman, Kentucky and Franzetta McNeil (Emmette) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Arlie Dick a family
friend.
