Attorney Brenda Oats-Williams, 62, of Millington died Monday, April 24, 2023.

A viewing will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Rawls Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Greater Middle Baptist Church 4982 Knight Arnold Road Memphis, TN 38118. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church.

Brenda was co-owner of “Lady Lawyers” Law Firm in downtown Memphis.

She is survived by five sons, Edward Oats, II of Memphis, Air Force Ret. Chief Master Sergeant Marcus (Cecilia) Oats of Fredericksburg, VA, Roderick Oats of Mt. Vernon, IL, Jonathan (Anitria) Oats and Jordan (Pheobe) Oats of Memphis.
