Brennan Donaldson

Feb 3, 2015 — Sep 13, 2026

Paris, Tennessee

Brennan Terrell Donaldson was born on February 3, 2015, in McKenzie, Tennessee, to Traci Lynn Brockwell and Brian Terrell Donaldson. Brennan left this world far too soon on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at only 11 years old.

Eleven years could never have been enough time for a boy who brought so much personality, laughter, creativity, and love into the lives around him.

Brennan was funny, goofy, artistic, and completely himself. He loved drawing and painting, playing video games and Roblox, camping, riding his bike, going to the beach, and aggravating his dog. He loved music, too, and anyone who spent enough time around Brennan probably heard his rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean.” Brennan loved making people laugh with all his impressions and voiceovers; there was rarely a dull moment when he was around.

Brennan shared a very special bond with his dad, Brian. He loved how funny his dad was, and the two were constantly joking, being goofy, and making each other laugh. They loved playing video games together, and in Brennan’s eyes, his dad simply hung the moon.

Brennan and his mama, Traci, shared a love filled with teasing, laughter, hugs, kisses, and more than a little bit of attitude. Brennan took tremendous joy in proving his mama wrong and never missed an opportunity to give her a hard time about it. He had also decided he was much too cool for all the hugs and kisses, but that certainly never stopped her from giving them. Brennan was, and always will be, his mama’s “favorite little turd,” a nickname spoken with more love than words could ever explain. She loved him more than anything, and being Brennan’s mama will forever be one of the greatest privileges of her life.

Brennan also shared a special, hard-earned bond with Ralph Russell, who had been part of his life for the past five years. He constantly encouraged Brennan to always be himself.

Being one of six boys meant that brotherhood was a huge part of Brennan’s world. His five brothers were part of his adventures, laughter, mischief, and memories, and the bond they shared will always remain a part of Brennan’s story.

Brennan is survived by his father, Brian Terrell Donaldson; his mother, Traci Lynn Brockwell (Ralph Russell); his five brothers, Miles Allen of Paris, TN; Sylis Allen of Gilbert, AZ; Brandon Donaldson and his wife, Jalynn, of Murfreesboro, TN; Brice Donaldson of Chattanooga, TN; and Bradley Donaldson of Paris, TN; his paternal grandparents, Beverly and Michael Milliken of Mansfield, TN, and maternal grandparents, Holly and David Brockwell of Springville, TN.

Brennan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Steve and Susan “SueSue” Parker of Springville, Tennessee, who passed away alongside him.

Brennan’s life was much too short, but his life will never be measured only in years. It will be measured in drawings and paintings, video games and bike rides, beach trips and brotherly mischief, homework at the table, stolen hugs and kisses, endless jokes, belly laughs, and probably more performances of Billie Jean than anyone could count.

He was a son. A brother. A grandson. An artist. A gamer. A comedian. His dad’s biggest fan. His mama’s favorite little turd. And a little boy who somehow managed to make an enormous mark on this world in just eleven years.

Brennan was deeply loved while he was here, and he will be deeply loved for the rest of our lives.
