Bruce "Too Short" Edward Eaton

Mr. Bruce “Too Short” Eaton, 46, of Martin formerly of Union City died Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018, in Eastview Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Rawls Funeral Home and also on Saturday from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Rawls Funeral Home. Bruce Edward Eaton was born to the late James and Cornelius Burton Eaton on February 2, 1972 in Jackson, Tennessee.  Bruce was employed with Martin Healthcare, now known as Diversicare of Martin, for many years.  He loved his family, friends, and co-workers very much.  He was loved by all who met him.  Those left to cherish his memories are his loving companion, Vicky Harris of Martin, Tennessee; three sons, Jocquan (Brittany) Eaton of Union City, Tennessee, Bruce (Raven) Eaton of Union City, Tennessee, and Isaiah (Samantha) Eaton of Martin, Tennessee; 2 daughters, Annastasia (Jeremy) Smith and Jasmine Allen of Memphis, Tennessee; two granddaughters, Julianna Smith and Amya Eaton; four grandsons, Jocquan Eaton Jr., Jamariee Eaton, Jeremiah Smith, and Josiah Smith; two brothers, Antonio (Shatonya) Eaton of Southaven, Mississippi and Willie Eaton of Danville, Virginia; two sisters, Sharon Eaton Light of Danville, Virginia and Cindy Carroll of Whiteville, Tennessee and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  He was preceded in death by siblings, Vicky and Billy James Eaton.
