Catherine Pettis

Ms. Catherine Pettis, 50, of Paris died Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, October 14, 2013, at Church in Paris, where she was a member. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Monday at the church. She was born January 24, 1963, in Palo Alto, Ca., she was a daughter of the late William H. and Vadie R. Price Pettis. She leaves two brothers: Robert (Palma) Pettis Sr. of Richmond, Va., and William R. (Delphena) Pettis of Hinesville, Ga.; one sister: Crystal Pettis of Sacramento, Ca.; two cousins: Barbara Gray and Samuel Tharpe, both of Paris; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
