Mr. Charles “CC” Edward Cheirs, 55, of Fulton died Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Parkway Regional Hospital.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2012, at The Celebration Center 209 West Stateline Road, South Fulton, Tennessee formerly known as The Stanley Jones Building. Rev. Buster Johnson will officiate.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the center.
He was born on January 28, 1957, in Hickman, Kentucky to the late Odie and Mattie (Hicks) Cheirs. He was a retired employee of Ferry Morse Seed Company, an employee of Buck’s Party Mart and a local DJ.
He leaves to mourn four children, Jacoa (Evelyn) Pettigrew of Killeen, Texas, Latacia Isbell and Brandon Amos, both of Fulton, Kentucky and Daricus Cheirs of Orlando, Florida; five grandchildren; four sisters, Lillie Mae Cheirs, Christine (Earl) Whitelow and Brenda Kaye Cheirs, all of Hickman, Kentucky and Franzette (Emmett) McNeil of Little Rock, Arkansas; four brothers, Joe (Mary) Cheirs, Lawrence (Linda) Cheirs and Ricky (Arnita) Cheirs, all of Hickman, Kentucky and William (Freddie) Cheirs of Atlanta, Georgia.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Odie and Mattie Cheirs and siblings, Lewis Cheirs, Willie Cheirs, Johnnie Hicks, Donnie Cheirs, Ronnie Cheirs and Margaret Cheirs.
