Daniel "Dan" Allen Ziebart

Mr. Daniel "Dan" Allen Ziebart, 48, of Knoxville formerly of Union City died Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Rawls Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin at noon on Saturday at the funeral home.

He was born on January 13, 1972, to the parents of Beverly Jane Ziebart and EQ Nelson of Milwaukee Wisconsin. He attended North Division High School where he graduated with honors. While in high school he met his wife.

Daniel went on to further a career in the military moving his family to Fort Hood, Texas. After serving four years in the military Daniel along with family move to Tennessee, where he started working for Union City Police Department as an Animal Control officer.

Danny would go out of his way for anyone that he cross paths with. He was smart, funny and enjoyed every moment of life.
Preceding him in death was his farther, EQ Nelson; mother, Beverly Jane Ziebart and sister, Patricia McClinton.

Those left behind to hold and cherish his memory , his brother Tommy Ziebart Michael Nelson four children, Jasmine Pettigrew of Union City, Danielle Pettigrew of Knoxville Tn, Briana Ziebart of Louisville KY and Daniel Ziebart, Jr. of Beverly Hills, Florida; eight grandchildren,( Mother of love) Martha Pettigrew of Plano Texas and several aunts, uncles, nieces ,nephews, and cousins.
