David Lang Boyd

Mr. David Lang Boyd, 60, of Dallas formerly of Paris died Thursday, July 19, 2018, in Dallas.

Celebration of life will be held at Rawls Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 27, 2018.

He was born on Feb. 26, 1958, in Paris to the late Robert and Fannie Boyd.

He is survived by a daughter, Emesha Gray of Paris; three sisters: Barbara Robertson of Dallas, Lela (Dieter) Cross of Clarksville and Mary (Kareem) Abdullah of Paris; three brothers: Dennis Boyd of Murray,  Robert Boyd Jr. of Paris and Clifton Boyd of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Veronica Boyd; a sister, Patricia Boyd; and a brother, Jerry Wardlowe.
