Mrs. Elizabeth Louise Easley, 85, of Union City died Friday, November 24, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Greater Victory Freewill Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Beach Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday at the church.
Elizabeth Lousie Easley was born on October 8, 1939, to the late George and Vyra (Morris) Easley in Union City, TN.
She attended Right Path Ministries in Union City, TN until her health started to decline. She went to Miles High School, She loved to make quilts, gardening, working crossword puzzles and coloring. She also loved to cook and bake.
Louise was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother to all of her children and grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memory: one daughter, Bonita (Jimmie) Easley of Union City, TN; two sons: Keith (Mary) Pirtle of Memphis, TN and Terry Pirtle of Gadsden, AL. She also leaves memories for her grandchildren: Sheneita (Baldie) Simpson, Tina Pirtle, LaNeka Pirtle, all of Union City, TN, Shontai Burton of Nashville, TN, Darrell (Charrice) Pirtle of Gadsden, AL, Natasha (Patrick) McCain of LaVernge, TN, Latise Tate, Kityra Pirtle and Keith (Kim) Pirtle, all of Memphis, TN. Along with her great-grandchildren: Saquoia (Andrew) Cole, Seeuntay Pirtle, DaVontay Pirtle, Precious (Jarris) Wiilliams, Wil'lavion Burton, Robbie Thomas, Jakeya Robinson, Qudair Burton, Nasia Pirtle, Saniah Thompson, Paige Thompson, Stacia Williams, Keirra Tate, Terrance Mitchell, Jr. Ja'Vez Mitchell, Amir Peat, Aniya Pirtle, Braylon Pirtle and Merrell Pirtle.
Also, to cherish her memory are three sisters: Patricia Crumble of Hickman, KY, Shirley Easley of South Fulton, TN, Janice (Faye) Easley of Union City; one brother, Charles Easley of Kansas City, MO; and also, a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her special companion, Russell Milton; one daughter, Doris Anderson ; her son-in-law, Jarome Anderson ; a great grandson, Tarius Lewis ; six brothers: Williams, Robert, Billy, Bobby, Jerry and Roger Easley ; along with three sisters: Dorathy, Carolyn and Janese Easley.
