Etta Mcelrath

Ms. Etta McElrath, 79, of Clinton formerly of Hickman died Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Clinton Place.

Services will be held at noon on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at McPhearson-Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Etta May Sims McElrath was born on November 1,1941, in Hickman, KY to John Sims and Mary Smith Cole.

She was a faithful member of New Bryant’s Chapel Church. She worked in several different homes in the Hickman area.
Etta was preceded in death by her father, John Sims and Stepfather, Dillon Cole.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Etta Cole; a brother, Nolan (Tracie) Sims; a nephew, Malachi (Jaqualine) Kidd; two nieces, C’Arra (Ryan) Kalbfleisch and Yolanda Sims and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
