Mrs. Frances Marie Noonan, 78, of Union City formerly of Clinton died Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at her residence. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014, Green Valley Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Eugene McDonald officiating. Interment will follow in Clinton Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. She was born April 29, 1936, in Union City, Tennessee, to Ida Catherine Louise Haynes. She was a housewife, homemaker and seamstress. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Catherine Louise Haynes; her husband, Willis Lewis Noonan; her son, George Newcomb; her daughter, Roletha Joyce “Cookie” Noonan; her sisters, Rosalee Haynes, Georgia Louise Davis; one brother, Roger Lee Haynes and three granddaughters. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Willie Mae Haynes of Clinton, Kentucky, Alfred Lee Haynes of Clairemore, Oklahoma, Debra Kaye Haynes of Antioch, Tennessee, Linda Joyce (Donnie) Turner of Union City, Tennessee, Tamara Denise (John) Gause of Union City, Tennessee, Ruby Jane Noonan of Clinton, Kentucky, Willis Lewis (Sidina) Noonan, Jr. of LaVergne, Tennessee and Jerry Lewis (Jennifer) Noonan of Bardwell, Kentucky; her sisters, Gladys Mae Slaughter of South Bend, Indiana, Lena Mae Haynes of Buchanan, Michigan and Roberta Haynes of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and her brother, Lee Edward Haynes of Elkhart, Indiana. She also leaves behind twenty-eight grandchildren; forty-five great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Rawls Funeral Home – Union City 731-885-8110
