Gale Robinson

Mrs. Arminthia Gale Robinson, 54, of Union City died Sunday, January 17, 2016, at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Newnan, GA. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016, at West Hickman Baptist Church. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Thomas Chapel CME Church in Hickman on Friday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Arminthia Gale Cobb Robinson was born February 8, 1961 to Robert and Dorothy Cobb in Paducah, KY, both preceded her in death. She was raised by her grandparents Cora and Sanford Turner in Hickman, KY. She was a member of Thomas Chapel CME Church where she served as an usher and several other committees She graduated from Fulton County High School, she went on to earn her Associates Degree as a Medical Technician. She was an employee of Wal-Mart and a former employee of Baptist Memorial Hospital and the Golden Corral. She was married to Dallas Robinson on August 30, 1986. Gale was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and a brother, Ronald Cobb. She leaves to cherish her memories husband, Dallas Robinson of Union City; a daughter, Zaria Robinson of Union City; siblings Sandra Bumpous of Louisville, KY, Denise Cobb of St. Paul, MN, Robert Cobb of Fulton, KY, Dr. Carole Cobb of Los Angeles, CA, and Valerie (Bill) Minor of South Fulton, TN; a host of special nieces and nephews, other relatives, friends, and Wal-Mart colleagues.
