Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 27, 2018, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
She was born in Woodland Mills, TN on April 27, 1959, to the late John and Mary Barnett. She was formerly employed at Morning Star Nursery for 10 years and Tyson Foods for 15 years.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, James Barnett and two grandchildren, Desmond Goodman and Tiesha Donlow.
Gussie leaves to cherish her memories three children, Valerie(David) Donlow of La Center, KY, Tameka (John) Smith of Paducah, KY and Harvey Donlow of Union City; two brothers, William Barnett of La Center, KY and John Barnett of Union City, TN; a sister, Alice Banks of Union City, TN; four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
