Ivan Hayes

Mr. Ivan Hayes, 54, of Paris died Friday, November 28, 2014, at Henry County Medical Center. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Fairview Baptist Church with Rev. M.A. Richardson officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. He was born October 28, 1960, in Paris to the late Bobby and Norma Jean Littleton Hayes.On May 16, 2000, he married Yolanda “Yogi” Bragg Hayes, who died November 14, 2013. He was a former Emerson Electric and Furniture Exchange employee. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.He is survived by two daughters: Amber Hutcherson of Paris and Shadairea (Dion) Wade of Jackson; two sons: LeAnder Hutcherson of Chico, Calif., and Shadrick (Jualicia) Tharpe of Detroit, Mich; Six sisters: Linda (Victor) Bond, Patricia Hayes, Shetiga (LaMont) Floyd and Bianica (Joe) Travis, all of Paris, Tomika (Cedric) VanDyke of Nashville and Michell Alexander of Detroit; two brothers: Reginald (Mary) Hayes of Detroit and Irvin (Cindy) Hayes of Paris; seven grandchildren; and a several cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
