Jacquita Renee Tharpe

Ms. Jacquita Renee "Jac" Tharpe, 50, of Paris died Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at her home.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Inurnment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Jacquita "Jac" Renee Tharpe was born August 8, 1976 to her late parents Teresa Jean Tharpe and Harry Earl Hulett in Livingston, TX. 

Jac received her education in 1995 from Henry County High School. While attending Henry County, Jac found her passion for playing sports. Playing Basketball was her favorite. Jac received the Lord and was baptized at an early age at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. There, she sang faithfully with the Mt. Zion Mass Choir. Jac was an AWESOME ALTO"!

Jac lived by this quote: "Doing the Work" by Iyanla Vanzant because she believed that healing the inside promotes growth and change. For 29 Years, Jac was faithfully employed at PML Incorporated as a GIMP Operator.

She was also preceded in death by her sister; Carla Michelle Tharpe and brother KeAnthony Clark.

For she leaves to Cherish, her son Ishamel Daunte Hart, Siblings Adrian S. Tharpe, Cedric, D. Tharpe, Harry Hulett, Jr, and Aline Hulett. Host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
