Ms. Jalisa Michelle Allen, 28, of Tiptonville died Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at St. John #3 Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Citizens Cemetery.Visitation will begin at noon on Thursday at the church. Jalisa Michelle Allen was born on December 17, 1989, in Tiptonville, Tennessee.After graduating high school, Jalisa attended college at Dyersburg State Community College for a year. Additionally, she was briefly employed at Food Rite in Tiptonville, Tennessee. She was a loving mother of three and a proud member of St. John #3. She leaves behind to cherish her memory two sons, Jamarquis Allen (age12) and Cody Burries (age 8) and a daughter, A’Carly Burries (age 7), all of Tiptonville, Tennessee; her mother, Michelle Allen of Tiptonville, Tennessee; her father, Jackie Wayne Hart of Union City, Tennessee; four brothers, Michael D. Allen of Nashville, Tennessee, Maurice Gross and his wife, Tamara and Aaron Gross of Tiptonville, Tennessee and Johnathan Hart of Virginia Beach, Virginia; a sister, Jasmine Hart of Virginia Beach, Virginia; a grandfather, Willie Lee Price of Tiptonville, Tennessee and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Sadie and Phillip Scates of Dyer, Tennessee and Lawrence and Louise Hart of Tiptonville, Tennessee; grandmothers, Margie Ree Allen of Tiptonville, Tennessee and Betty Louise Hart of Tiptonville, Tennessee; her aunt, Barbara Benson of Las Vegas, Nevada and her uncles, Ricky Allen of Detroit, Michigan, Joseph Scates of Dayton, OH and Clarence Scates.
