James Carlester Burton

Mr. James Carlester Burton, 63, of Paris died Friday, May 22, 2015, at his residence. Services will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. James Carlester Burton was born to his beloved late parents, James “Bud” and Dorothy Lee Porter Burton, on December 8, 1951 in Paris, Tennessee. James was educated in the Paris-Henry County School District. He was a member of Allen Chapel CME Church and he was a loyal employee of Allegro Fine Foods for 18 years. James was a very kind, beautiful, and fun loving person to all that knew him. He leaves behind to cherish his memories eight loving and devoted sisters, Maxine (James) Dumas, Dorothy (Willie) Hodges, Sylvia Martin, Charlotte (John T) Robinson, Vicky (Larry) Todd, Jennifer Burton-Dumas, Theresa Burton, and Trina (Felix) Cavitt. Four loving brothers Vincent Burton, Dondi Porter, special brothers Rob Orr and Ray Elkins. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
