James Gary Davis

Mr. James Gary Davis, 68, of Union City died Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at Right Path Ministries.He was born on March 13, 1950, to the late E.Z. Cooper and Beatrice Gibbs. He was a member of Right Path Ministries, a United States Navy Veteran, a chef for local restaurants and formerly employed with Carl’s Furniture Store. He was married to the late Dorothy Johnson Davis. He is survived by a daughter, Tameka Jones; grandchildren, Alisa Davis, James Mays, Dennis Jones, Jr., Isaiah Jones and Dorothy Davis; siblings, Gwendolyn Dysart, Earnest Daniels, Cynthia (James) Nunley, Linda Guy, Brenda Cooper, Carolyn Faye Davis, Gary Turner and Willie B.
