Mr. James Franklin "Frank" Weatherspoon, 75, of Hickman died Thursday, May 8, 2019, at his residence.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2019, at Green Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Clinton. Interment will held on Monday, May 20, 2019, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
Visitation will begin at noon on Friday at the Church.
