Mr. Jeffrey Joaquin Crutchfield, 62, of Martin died Friday, February 14, 2020 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at Miles Chapel Church in Martin.

He was born on December 10, 1957, to the late George and Marjorie Irvine Crutchfield. George attended Miles Chapel Church and graduated from Weakley County Training School.

He is survived by a granddaughter, Vicki Crutchfield; siblings, Steve Irvine, George Crutchfield, Dalton (Lanita) Crutchfield and Vicki Crutchfield; a aunt, Alma Joyce; a uncle, Sam Crutchfield and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
