Mr. Jerry Lenard Johnson, 49, of Union City died Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Baptist Health in La Grange, KY.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2013, at Vine Street Church of Christ with Graham McGill officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. at the church on Thursday
