Mr. Jessie Rooks, 71, of Martin died Saturday, February 4, 2017, at Douglas Health & Rehab Center in Milan.Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2017, in Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Parham Cemetery in Martin. Viewing will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Rawls Funeral Home – Union City 731-885-8110
