Ms. Legenia Jill Marshal, 44, of Union City died Monday, February 7, 2011, Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2011, at 3 p.m. at the Anointed Church of The Living God with Bishop Barbara Bolden officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday. Pallbearers will be Trent Knight, Reco Coble, Trevor Smith, Chris Freeman, Shannon Huff and Donald Nettles. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Union City High School Class of 1985. She had been employed at Williams Sausage in Woodland Mills and was a member of New Mount Zion Freewill Baptist Church in Tiptonville. She is survived by her son, DeAngelo Marshall of Union City; her daughter, LaKeisha Marshall of Union City; her grandchild, Jaylen Marshall of Union City; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Stephanie Marshall of Union City and Michael and Elizabeth White of Jackson; and four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Latoya and Robert Williams of Union City, Myra White of Dyer, Cheryl Dargan of Blytheville, Ark., and Vanessa and Marvin Lurks of Dyersburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jean Abbott and Leroy Marshall; her stepfather, Hardy Ball; her sister, Mildred Roberson and her brother, Anthony G.
