Johnny Osler

Mr. Johnny Osler, 67, of West St. Paul, MN formerly of South Fulton died Sunday, October 12, 2014, at Southview Acres Health Care Center. Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2014, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Latisha Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlea Cemetery. He was born on November 12, 1946, in Bolivar, TN to Isaac and Julia Mae (Avent) Osler. He graduated from South Fulton High School and Paducah Community College. He was a retired HVAC technician and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of Love of Jesus Ministries in South St. Paul, MN. He is survived by his mother, Julia Mae Osler of Fulton; a sister, Dolly Times of St. Louis and a host of nieces and nephews.
