Joyce Phelps

Mrs. Joyce Phelps, 73, of Paris died Sunday, June 16, 2013, at Henry County Healthcare. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Church in Paris. Leon White will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church an hour before the service. She was born July 18, 1939, in Paris, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Stella Harris Dumas. She leaves three children: Timothy (Staci) Phelps, Carol Phelps and Demetra Phelps, all of Paris; one sister: Thelma Clark of Paris; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two nephews; and several other relatives.
