Mrs. Juanita Slayton, 58, of Paducah formerly of Union City died Wednesday, October 3, 2024, at Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Union City. Interment will follow in Westside Cemetery in Kenton.
Visitation will begin 11:00 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday at the church.
