Julia Mae Browning

Mrs. Julia Mae Browning, 81 of Hickman died Friday, April 1, 2011, at her residence. Services will be held April 9, 2011, at 1 p.m., at Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Hickman with Rev. James Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery. She was born June 30, 1929, in Waverly, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late John and Bertha (Davis) Donlow. She was married to the late Alvin Browning, Sr., and was a housewife. Survivors include three sons, Alvin Browning, Jr., Alton Browning and Waudell Browning, all of Hickman; two daughters, Roselee Hall and Julia Mackins, both of Hickman; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Doris Giles, Ardell Mitchell, and Bertha Donlow; and three brothers, Ben Donlow, John L Donlow and L.C. Donlow. Rawls Funeral Home - Union City 731-885-8110
