Linda Jean Freeman

Ms. Linda Freeman, 72, of Martin died Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Old Fulton Road Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Parham Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church.

She was born April 5, 1950, in Martin, Tennessee, daughter of the late Mr. Lesley Freeman and Iris Freeman. She worked at MTD products in Martin for over 17 years.

Linda professed a belief in Christ and attended the Old Fulton Road Church of Christ in Martin. Linda had a heart of gold and made an impression on everyone she encountered.

Linda was a loving mother and sister. She leaves behind two children: Lucindia Yon (Darrin) of North Carolina and Joshua Freeman (Alexias) of Clarksville; five grandchildren: Jada, Jasmine, Kevin, and Kiara Yon, and Sarenthy Freeman. She also leaves behind one sister: Carol Jordan; and four brothers: James Freeman of Martin, Donald Freeman of Martin, Lesley Freeman, Jr. (Tae Sun) of Clarksville, Tn and Jerry Freeman of Tiptonville, Tn. And a host of relatives and friends.
