Mrs. Linda Marie Hutch, 66, of South Fulton died Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. James Jones officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. She was born on June 22, 1950 in Union City, TN to the late Milton Smith Sr. and Elizabeth Morris-Smith. Linda accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at an early age at Mt. Herman M.B. Church in Woodland Mills, TN. She was a Teacher’s Aide at Fulton County School System. She also was a CNA at Halls Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton, Kentucky until her retirement.She leaves to cherish her memory: Three children, Danene and Melissa Hutch of South Fulton, TN; Anthony Hutch of Des Moines, Iowa. Five grandchildren: Myah and Ciera Jennings; Kyara, Caden, and Dion Hutch. Two great grandchildren Kellen and Kaiya Breckenridge. Twelve sisters and brothers: Carolyn (Bob) Tate of Ypsilanti, Michigan; Milton Jr. (Geraldine) Smith of Woodland Mills, TN; Willie Ed Smith of Atlanta, GA; Terry Smith Sr., Charles (Mary) Smith, and Rinda (Raymond) Jenkins of Union City, TN; Christine Vanderford, Sarah (Jimmy) Olds ,and Mary Von Smith, of South Fulton, TN; Lillian Kynard of Toledo, Ohio; Ray (Joyce) Smith of Hickman, KY; Gaynell (Sand) Wakefield of Munford, TN; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In addition to her parents, one sister, Shirley Briggs; preceded her in death.
