Mrs. Lizzie Hendrix, 74, of Hickman, KY died Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at Hillview Community Living Center.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014, at Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Steven Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church.
She was born February 8, 1939, in Hickman, KY to the late Lydge Anthony and Eva Mae (Johns) Warren.
On August 16, 1958, she married the late Richard Lee Hendrix.
She was a member of Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church where she served in Sunday School, Missionary Circle and Usher Board. She was a member of Eugenia OES #164. She was employed for 27 years with Henry I Siegel Company and a proud supporter of Fulton County Pilot’s sports.
She is survived by four daughters, L’Tonya (Mark) Harris, Hattie Hendrix, Alice (Larry) Adkins and Shelia (Coney) Kinney; one brother, Marion Warren; eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Walter L. “Dub” Warren and a step-son, James Lee Crumble.
