Lucian Travis

Mr. Lucian Travis, 76, of Clarksville formerly of Paris died Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, in Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. He was born to the late parents Randolph Sr., and Pauline Porter Travis on December 19, 1946, in Paris, Tennessee. Lucian was reared and educated in the Paris Henry County area, graduating from Central High School in 1964. He left Paris at an early age joining the United States Army. He serviced two tours in Vietnam ending his services after 30 years. Lucian married Judy Arlena Vaughan on December 5, 2011, in Hickman, Kentucky. Leaving behind to cherish his memories, wife; Judy Travis, son; Kelvin (Donna) Travis, brother; Frankie D. Travis, one aunt; Ruthie Porter, six grandchildren, eight great-grand- children, several nieces, nephews, a host of first cousins, one brother-in-law, one sister-in-law, mother-in-law; Shirley Wheatley, other relatives, and friends.
