Mrs. Margaret Crisp, 83, of Fulton died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Western Baptist Hospital.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2012, at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin Mercer, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlea Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday at the church.
She was born on December 22, 1928, in Fulton, Kentucky. She was
the daughter of the late Annie Mae Osborne and the
late William Jr. Osborne.
She attended Rosenwald High School and
worked at the OK Laundry for several years and later
retired from City National Bank. She was a member of the Mount Olive
Missionary Baptist Church for many years and she
was also a member of the Red Hatters Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Annie
Mae Osborne and William Jr. Osborne; her husband
Lonnie Crisp; her sister, Minnie Utley and two
brothers, William III Osborne and Thomas Osborne.
She leaves to cherish her memories six children,
Denise (Jacque) Napoleon and Fred Large of Cape
Coral, Florida, Charles Large of Covington,
Tennessee, Beverly Rose of Louisville, Kentucky, Jan
Large of Fulton, Kentucky and Reggie (Patrice)
Chambers of Union City, Tennessee; one sister,
Elizabeth Osborne-Bransford of South Fulton,
Tennessee; one brother Robert Osborne of Chicago,
Illinois; nine grandchildren; fifteen great
grandchildren and one great grandchild.
