Mrs. Mary Pauline Phelps, 83, of Union City died Saturday, December 9, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare Regional Jackson. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.She was born on November 18, 1934, in Milan, Tennessee to the late Johnny and Ocie Green Jordan. She was a member of Church of Jesus for All formerly known as Everfaith Missionary Baptist Church. She was married to the late Elmer B. Phelps.She is survived by a son, Jerry Jones of Union City, TN; her siblings, Robert Jordan of Union City, TN, Freddie Lee Jordan and Doris Jordan both of Chicago, IL; and a her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by five siblings, Nathaniel Jordan, Bishop Jordan, David Jordan, Emma Blake and Laura Hodge.   Rawls Funeral Home – Union City 731-885-8110
