Mrs. Mavis Phelps, 70, of Martin died Monday, March 25, 2024, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Miles Chapel Church. Interment will follow in Parham Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the church.
