Mr. Michael Ray Phelps, 58, of Martin died Sunday, June 9, 2019, at his residence.
Services will be held at noon at Miles Chapel Church in Martin. Interment will follow in Parham Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday at the church.
