Mildred Louise Puckett

Mrs. Mildred Louise Puckett, 88, of Puryear died Sunday, September 6, 2020, at Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at the at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mildred Louise Puckett was born May 16,1932.

She is the youngest of 15 children born to Josh and Dura Teague. Raised in Springville, TN. She moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin where she worked and retired from Master Lock. In Wisconsin she married David Adams. After retirement they relocated back Springville after Dave's death she was united with Freeman Puckett of Puryear TN.

She is proceeded in death by her son Thomas Gene, her parents and all of her brothers and sisters.

She leaves to cherish her legacy her husband Freeman, step children, several god children and a host of nieces and nephews.
