Mr. Millard Oneal Neeley, 66, of Fulton died Saturday, October 19, 2013, at his residence. Services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2013, at Rawls Funeral Chapel in South Fulton. Interment will follow in Greenlea Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. He was born on September 1, 1947, to the late Maxine Cook and Leroy Neeley in Hickman, Kentucky. He was raised by his grandparents, the late Lucille and “Papa Shinny” Hops in South Fulton, Tennessee. He attended South Fulton and Rosenwald elementary schools. He worked for Midland Barge for many years, Reed Brothers Feed and Seed Company in South Fulton, Tennessee and worked and volunteered for West Kentucky Allied (Senior Citizens Center) in Fulton, Kentucky. He was brought up attending Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in South Fulton, Tennessee and also attended Greater Faith Gospelic Church in Fulton, Kentucky, where he was a deacon. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his companion, Linda Williams of Fulton, Kentucky; three daughters, Millicent Williams and Gloria Taylor, both of Fulton, Kentucky and Rhonda Gray of Union City, Tennessee; two sons, James Daniels (Yvette) of LaGrange, Illinois and Kenneth Daniels (Carmen) of Maywood, Illinois; four stepchildren; twenty-eight grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
