Mrs. Nannie B. Roach, 84, of Union City died Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Martin Health Care. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012, at McCabe United Methodist Church in Martin with Rev. Orrin Cowley, Sr. officiating. Interment will following in East View Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Nannie B. Roach was born July 1, 1928, in Tigrett, Tennessee to John Billy Harris and Nancy Evans Harris. She departed this life Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Martin Health Care Center in Martin, Tennessee. She was a member of McCabe United Methodist Church in Martin, Tennessee. She was a retired CNA at Union City Health Care in Union City, Tennessee. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Randy Roach who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, John Billy and Nancy Evans Harris; two children, Mitchell Harris and Coleen Barnett; two sisters, Rosa Lee Dawson and Mary Ellen Johnson and two brothers, Russell Harris and Don “Sonny” Harris. She leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Patricia Massey; two sons, Lee Thomas Harris and Joseph Harris; two sisters, Mildred Freeman and Nora Harris; two brothers, Billy Harris and John Harris; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
