Patricia Lynn Dickey

Ms. Patricia Lynn Dickey, 64, of Union City died Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at West TN Healthcare Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at McPhearson-Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at noon on Saturday at the funeral home.

Patricia Lynn Dickey was born on February 8, 1961, in Kenton, Tennessee to the late Evelyn Dickey and Dave Dickey, Sr. she grew up in Long Island New York where she went to school at Roosevelt High with Eddie Murphy. Throughout her life, she was known for working as a crossing guard and always having read everything and bedazzling all of her cars. She liked to ride around, listen to music and laugh. Patricia was also a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is survived by her children; Chauncey Dickey of Columbia, TN, Lanochika Abbott of Nashville, TN, Joshua Dickey, and Jamaica Wilkes both of Union City, TN, grandchildren; Atalaya Lopez of Nashville, TN, Mackenzie Wilburn of Memphis, TN, Brayden Andrews and Jade Andrews both of Troy, TN, two brothers; Charlie Fred Dickey, Union City, TN, Terry Dickey of Long Island, NY, four sisters; Mary Kessler of Nashville, TN, Alice Stewart of Mocksville. NC, Doris McCrary of Winder, GA and Phyllis Dickey of Union City, TN.

She was preceded in death by her mother; Evelyn Dickey, father; Dave Dickey, Sr., sister; Katherine Robinson, brother; Dave Dickey, Jr. “Bubba,” and one niece; Theresa Henry. 

Patricia will truly be missed. Her love, laughter, and unique personality will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
