Mr. Richard Lynn Phillips, 60, of Trezevant died Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Carroll County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin at noon on Saturday at the church.
