Ronald Puckett

Mr. Ronald Puckett, 61, of Puryear died Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at his home.

A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at McPhearson-Rawls Funeral Home Chapel.

He was born on March 16, 1962, in Henry County, TN. Ronnie was known for his outgoing and energetic personality, always caring for others, earning him the nickname "SuperMan" and "Morris The Cat." He lived by the motto of being his "Brother's Keeper."

Ronnie leaves behind a legacy of love and memories cherished by his family. He is survived by his mother, Eva J. Puckett; daughters, Brae Lynn Puckett (Rico) and Brianna T. Puckett; son, Brooks Doughday; granddaughter, Aylissa Puckett; grandson, Jayden Puckett; sisters, Juliette Puckett and Dianna L. Puckett; brother, Thomas E. Puckett; and a host of other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe L. Puckett, and brother, Joseph D. Puckett .

Ronnie attended Puryear Primary School and Henry County High School. Throughout his career, he worked at Markel Lighting, PML, and Service Solutions in Paris, TN. Ronnie found solace and community at Union Grove MBC, where he worshipped.

In his free time, Ronnie enjoyed motorcycles, traveling, cooking, and DJing. His passion for life and love for his family and friends will always be remembered.
