Mr. Roy Lee “Bill” Brown, 90, of Union City died Saturday, September 29, 2012, at Oak Manor Health Care in McKenzie. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 6, 2012, at Visions Community Baptist Church Pastor Douglas Harris officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery.
